Stewart Robertson
President
Stewart Robertson has spent a lifetime involved in all aspects of real estate finance, as both a lender and a borrower. During his career he has suffered through a big bank’s loan due diligence process only to be rejected days before closing by some anonymous bank manager in Toronto and chaired the credit committee of a multi-billion-dollar real estate investment bank through hundreds of successful loans. He understands the financing process from both sides of the table.
